Board Certified Health Coach, Fibromyalgia Association President & Founder, & Fibro Patient
One year after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1997, Sharon founded a Fibromyalgia Support & Education Group in Michigan that has grown into a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization called the Fibromyalgia Association. The Association provides support, education, and advocacy. She became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) to help people manage Fibromyalgia and has a private coaching practice called Sharon Waldrop, NBC-HWC LLC.

Learning about Fibro has been her key Fibro management strategy. "The more I learned translated into the more I tried and resulted in new small successes. These small successes began to add up to big life-changing and sustainable successes," says Sharon. Sharon has gone from bedridden to rock climbing.
